Hello,

I just recently got a new laptop. Today after using it for a few hours and restating it. I started noticing the computer loading and was loading for 1 hour and a half.

I was wondering if this is normal or not.

There should be a mechanism to disconnect the battery when you remove the bottom cover, I would suggest you to get help from HP support for disassembly procedure.

I just need help with this. I'm trying to take out the battery but it's sealed.

From what I understand, your computer froze up and you needed to pull out the battery to shut it down. While I do believe that 7 hours later you have already figured something out, let me tell you that if your computer is frozen, usually keeping the power button pressed down for a few seconds shuts it down directly. This is better then having to take out the battery.

I think taking the battery out is not what he wants to do.

Cheers!
