I hope Winaero.com comes up with a way to close apps off memory via top left corner app switcher, this would be so much more convenient for me and the funny thing is this was the default way for closing apps off memory in Windows 8, Microsoft changed it in Windows 8.1 so that closing an app from the app switcher makes the apps suspend dynamically staying in memory only if another instance requests the need for the memory space or the system runs low on memory then Windows will automatically close the suspended apps and take them off memory.
This is a neat prefetching like performance feature for Metro UI apps in Windows 8.1 specifically for tablet users who are constantly switching between Metro UI apps and Desktop programs but pretty useless for Desktop users who mainly use Desktop programs and only occasional use Metro UI apps, personally I prefer the way the app switcher closing worked in Windows 8 as an alternative and the same as pressing ALT + F4 shortcut keys.
