Backing up and File History

I have always backed up (about 900 Gb to a 1Tb external HD) by copying and pasting.

At the moment I am trying File History.

Will this back up ALL (every single one) files on my 2 hard drives? It says it is backing up libraries desktop contacts and favourites. I don't know what libraries means but will it back up every folder in my users fold?

Hello Trevor,

No. File History will not back up every file on both hard drives. As you pointed out, File History will only back up files that are in your libraries, contacts, favorites, and on your desktop.

For what you are wanting to do, Macrium Reflect Free would be better for this.
