Unable to put computer to sleep

Have had trouble to get my computer to sleep for a while now. Both manually and automatically.
Have been trying a lot of different solutions that I have stumbled upon online.

    Her is a few:
Jason Hartman Consulting: Windows 7 PC won't Sleep automatically - An audio stream is currently in use

Windows 8 intermittant sleep issues and energy.dll will not load - Microsoft Community

Windows 8 PC won't stay asleep when other computers on network - Microsoft Community

Regarding the second link there, I'm told in the report that Razer Surround Audio Controller and Realtek High Definition Audio is preventing sleep mode. Since there is no Power Management tab on these devices I have just disabled everything under "Audio inputs and outputs". But still not able to put computer to sleep manually or automatically.
But there is one wierd thing, even with all the Audio devices disabled, I still have sound working on my computer..
So I have a suspicion that the devices may not be completely disabled and is still preventing sleep mode.

If I use powercfg -requests in cmd.exe, I get the following listing:
    Code:
    C:\WINDOWS\system32>powercfg -requests
    DISPLAY:
    None.

    SYSTEM:
    [DRIVER] J
    [DRIVER] J
    [DRIVER] J
    [DRIVER] Legacy Kernel Caller
    [DRIVER] J
    [DRIVER] J
    [DRIVER] Legacy Kernel Caller
    [DRIVER] J
    [DRIVER] J

    AWAYMODE:
    None.

    EXECUTION:
    [DRIVER] J
    [DRIVER] J
    [DRIVER] J
    [DRIVER] J
    [DRIVER] J
    [DRIVER] J
    [DRIVER] J

    PERFBOOST:
    None.
Just to try the sugestions in the last link I then entered these commands:
    Code:
    C:\WINDOWS\system32>powercfg -REQUESTSOVERRIDE DRIVER "J" SYSTEM

C:\WINDOWS\system32>powercfg -REQUESTSOVERRIDE DRIVER "Legacy Kernel Caller" SYSTEM
But no changes. Still no sleep mode.

Is there anyone that may have any idea of what the problem might be, or have an idea of what I can try?
This problem has been a real pain in the ass, and I would like to get sleep mode back!

All feedback is very much appreciated!
    Cheers!

I had the same issue with Razer Surround Sound software and Realtek High Definition Audio preventing idling to sleep on my system running 8.1. I have tried using the commands "powercfg /REQUESTSOVERRIDE" and "powercfg /DEVICEDISABLEWAKE" with no positive effects. The only "solution" I have found has been to disable the Razer playback device and disable the software from running at startup.

I submitted a bug report to Razer. Not sure if the drivers are completely defective or whether the problems occur only on Windows 8.1.

    @ClAlpha
It is a serious issue in Razer Surround Audio Controller indeed.
Just bought this software and found the same annoying bug, confirmed by Powercfg -requests:

    C:\Windows\system32>powercfg -requests
    DISPLAY:
    Nessuna.

    SYSTEM:
[DRIVER] Razer Surround Audio Controller (ROOT\MEDIA\0000)
    Flusso audio attualmente in uso.
[DRIVER] Realtek High Definition Audio (HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_10EC&DEV_0668&SUBSYS_10431CED&REV_1000\4&106a98c9&0&0001)
    Flusso audio attualmente in uso.

I've sent them a bug report today... let's see if they want to fix it since it's a major issue.

Windows 10 x64 here (but because of the nature of the bug it's valid for all Windows versions...)

As a temporary workaround from a command prompt you can use:

powercfg -REQUESTSOVERRIDE DRIVER "Razer Surround Audio Controller" SYSTEM
powercfg -REQUESTSOVERRIDE DRIVER "Realtek High Definition Audio" SYSTEM
