Isolating event codes tat follow failed you tube apps

Ive copied, as best I could, the event description I receive when I try to open a you tube app. the app starts to load, will even present the triangle gle to start, but when I press the triangle, I'm told it cannot play and the app promptly closes. Log Name: System

continuing my post cause keyboard stuck

i am the admin and an running the failing you tube and natl geographic apps under my sign in. I'm hoping that someone here will be able to help me understand the event error above so that I'll be able to learn how to fix it. thanks in advance for any "translation" you can offer. i don't know where to begin.

I don't think that error is directly associated with your youtube issue because the faulting application is identified as "Bing weather" and, from what I understand, that app is having many issues of its own; however, a better approach might be to specifically identify the app that does not work and post a screenshot of the failure so someone else can do a comparative test and advise you accordingly from there.
