My spec: Windows 8.1, i5-4760K, GTX760, 8MB RAM, FW 331.65whql
Problem: MSI Afterburner on Windows 8.1 does not hold 2D clock even if you do not use anything GPU. I've found that it makes the process "store" running in the background. When this process is manually turned off, clock fall correctly to 2D. Process store do not need (Im classic desktop PC user), I do not know why it automatically runs in the background, but it bothers me that extracts my graphics card !!!!! :=( I also tried EVGA Precision and it's the same. I do not understand why a background process extracts my graphics card??
Please any advice...

Are you running Steam? Maybe "Store" is part of Steam?

Can you right click on the process and "open file location" that will at least tell us what it is and where it came from.
