CCleaner vs Advanced SystemCare, which one is better?

CCleaner vs Advanced SystemCare: which one is more powerful in terms of system maintenance?

I have used Slimcleaner for a few months, and find it good but not that good for me, so I am looking for another program to have it replaced. I find those two on CNET. Any suggestions?

    Thanks in advance.

Ccleaner...not only is it free but it's not bloated with all those other unnecessary utilities.

Advanced System care always gave me issues on various machines , it often required me to go into a clients machine periodically and make sure everything but the NEEDED portions of the program were toggled off.

I had issues where games wouldn't start as part of it injects itself into programs to make sure it's not a trojan , this however made the protection routines report that they were trying to hack the game and it refused to run...

If you're willing to go through and turn off all the options you don't need with a fine tooth comb then both are as good as each other.

Yeah. CCleaner is much lighter. Do I need other tools or only this will do the work? I find that there are a toolbox in Advanced SystemCare.

Ccleaner has helped me over the years - never a hiccup.

But, imo, a lot of users seem to crash into it, with studying the inner workings. Ccleaner is hugely configurable. There are often items which you would prefer to keep - passwords etc. These can all be eliminated from the scan and removal. Ditto the included reg cleaner.
