    Hi there
@ Macrium users -- Is the issue with native USB3 devices fixed or haven't you encountered any problem with this yet.

When I tested the Free version (for RESTORE) recently it didn't recognize my USB3 device -- now I KNOW I could have plugged it into a USB2 port - but with a USB3 port and an external SSD restore takes around 7 - 10 mins instead of over an HOUR !! using the USB2 port.

I'm still sticking with ATH -- after some issues with ATH 2011 the latest release works just fine - but I often test other backup products too just in case the one you usually use stops working after a Ms or user upgrade whether hard or software.

BTW if you have Windows Enterprise -- using Windows to Go makes an EXCELLENT tool for backup and recovery !!!

    Cheers

I have the paid version of Macrium.
So far it works like a charm.
    No issues of any kind.

I bought a commercial backup programme
    I use EaseUs version 9.2.1.
Some confusion here?... 9.2.1. refers to an older version of the Easeus Partition Master, it's not their backup program. Whatever, glad you got your problem sorted out.

As a note, have been using Easeus todo BU for years, have been perfect everytime I needed\used it, personally or for clients\friends. And have tested out Macrium, works great as well, and using that one for 'second line of defense' backups, but never had to resort to it yet.

    Which is signed by Microsoft.
