The easiest way is:
- Backup the whole image to an external drive using Macrium Reflect Free - CNET Download.com so that you'll have a copy of everything in one single image file.
- Re-install Windows
- Install Macrium again. Mount the image file from the external disk then you can selectively drag and drop whatever you want to restore.

there is built in file backup too. Check out File History in Control panel. there you can make full backups or just a file history on another drive.
