Hello Everyone,
I am new to Windows 8 and to this forum, so please accept my apologies if this query has already been answered somewhere before.
I would be most grateful if someone can help me find out how to alter the time period before a computer running Windows 8 switches into "Sleep" or "Hibernate" mode. I find the default time period to be too short in practice - it is very frustrating to answer a brief phone call and then return to the computer only to find it has dropped into one or other of these states! I have tried a Google search to find a way to alter it, but haven't been able to find any solution thus far. Your collective wisdom on this one will be much appreciated!
Thanks in anticipation.
