Asus Notebook keeps Freezing

Hello Guys, My Asus Notebook (laptop) keeps freezing then It will make me FORCE RESTART to fix it -_-
but I'm tired of it, Can someone tell me how to prevent this PROBLEM?

you could have it serviced,it might just need a good cleaning of fans and heat sinc inside the case

Search around the Notebook's forum, other people might have the same problem that own the same notebook and there might be DIY tutorials and fixes :) GOOD LUCK!

EDIT: Hey we have the same notebook (based on your System Specs) :cool: I never had problems with the X202E

It could be a software/Windows issue. Having to a hard reset can also make it worse. If it's a corrupted driver file or corrupted file system doing hard resets can just mangle more files. You could try doing a refresh or reset. Or even a factory restore. Just backup any files you don't want to loos first. It might be a good idea to test the hard drive for errors too. You can get a utility to test it on the manufacturers web site.
