[h=2]BSOD Error on Windows 7.[/h]

Hello Everyone!
I have Windows 7 on my PC with the following configuration :
1. 1 GB DDR1 RAM.
2. Intel Mercury Motherboard.
3. 500 GB HDD.

I have formatted my PC many time but after sometime I got the BSOD error :(.
Also if I am working on my PC and I locked it for few minutes and after login again it reacts Damn slow :cry:.
I am not understanding what to do?
Should I upgrade my PC?
Please reply this post and suggestion will be very appreciated.

Thanks & Regards,
Deepak Kr.

Unless someone can give you another gig or two for free, I would not buy ram for your system.

Older ram is unfairly marked up in price it costs twice as much as DDR3.

Though I did just see some on ebay pretty cheap...

But RAM is what you need, even if its only another gig of ram, it will run smoother..

Also, how old is your harddrive? What size is it? Is it IDE or SATA?
