Solved SFC /SCANNOW failing!

So I had been having some issues with a few games crashing. I was able to narrow it down to my GPU's being overclocked a bit too high.

Well... during the process of pin pointing the issue. Someone mentioned to take a look at doing SFC /SCANNOW. To see if it was anything wrong with windows... will turns out that there is something wrong.

It starts and gets to 5% and then stops.

Here's my CBS.log. Not sure what to look for and was looking to get some input from experts here.

The second link that says to type... dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
