I ran a virus program to get rid of that "Visual Bee" and not only did it not get rid of it , I lost some of the tiles on the start :cool:up page. The one in the left corner that takes you to the desktop is gone. Does anyone know how to restore those tiles?

I don’t know what others are missing but I went to the tutorial and did the unpin and then pin method both as a strait log on and then as an administrator. Neither worked . I then went through the process of downloading the ZIP file and extracting the shortcut to the desktop, then pasting it into the program files and I saw it there in the folder but it failed to restore it to the start menu. I will keep messing with it and maybe I'll come up with a fix. Thanks for the help I appreciate it.

Did you scroll the Start screen all the way to the right to see if the Desktop tile just needed to be dragged back to the left side?
