I know this problem is due to window multi media
1. When I visited C:\WINDOWS\Performance\
WinSAT folder.
there was no video file
Even data store folder is empty.
2.Some body told me that "window edition (window 8 enterprise N)"
is imported from Europe without multimedia .
That's why it is showing such problem.
Is it true ??

Hello rst,
It's because you have a
"N" version of Windows 8 that doesn't include any multi-media support (ex: Windows Media Player, etc....) to be able to run WEI.
You can install the Media Feature Pack at the Microsoft link below to see if you may be able run WEI afterwards. Be sure to download and install
Windows6.2-KB2703761-x64.msu since you have a 64-bit Windows 8 Enterprise N copy.
Download Media Feature Pack for N and KN versions of Windows 8 from Official Microsoft Download Center
Hope this helps,
Shawn
