Solved startup

I looked in msconfig and saw selective startup ticked. I do not know what changed it to selective.
I then changed it to normal.
I looked in Ccleaner and many startup programs were still not enabled.
Does this sound as though it should be?

My msconfig stays on "Selective startup" even without any disabled startup items, so I wouldn't worry about it as long as you have whatever startup items you wanted enabled.

It sounds as though you have no programs disabled. Should I do that ?

Enabling and disabling startup programs is a personal preference, so it just depends on what items you want to allow to run at startup or not.

I understand. I do not see much difference either way but I wanted to keep the machine running as it should. Thank you again.
