cpu is overloaded

my cpu overloads all the time here's a pic

Also look in the details tab to the right and sort the list on cpu.

You never know what runs under System but that's an essential one.
And yeah, you're on Skype so that one's normal but many processes use a bit CPU and all together is 98%

It's an amd e-450 processor so don't force it too much.

Use Process Explorer
it will give you more information about what is running under what process.

thanks guys but i think i fixed the problem by reinstalling my windows 8 OS and now it is fixed but i am going to use the eset sysinspactor to prevent it from occuring again
