What Power Plan do you use?

As title suggests, what power plan do you normally use on Windows 8? Do you switch between power plans depending on the situation at hand?

I run Balanced most of the time, since my AMD CPU has Cool'N'Quiet technology, then switch over to High Performance when gaming.

I start with balanced, but I customize for my needs. I don't let it sleep or power down the hard drives or hibernate, and I tweak the monitor poweroff settings. Other than that, I leave it as is.

I leave it on Balanced. The new Task Manager in Windows 8, I remember at the DP stage, kind of opened my eyes to how the system keeps the CPU clock speeds at. When the system is being demanded of, it will go to the highest clock speed. When it's not, it's at the lowest clock speed. For me, that's around 800Mhz to 2800Mhz. Sometimes, I switch to High Performance when I'm watching a REAL HD video and it's a tad choppy and I notice it.

Also, I'm more into the green PC wave, so I prefer energy savings whenever. I sleep my PC at least a few times throughout the day when I'm not using it.

Although, I'm partly concerned about using high end gaming hardware and an AMD FX 8350..... power guzzlers!

Custom for me--set to keep anything from bothering me whether or not plugged in. Usually plugged in. Screen saver runs after awhile.

I use a custom Energy Star mode based on Balanced with max CPU modes to 80% to reduce the possible heat on the laptop.
Sleep Mode jumps in after an hour or more.
