Windows 8 Random freezing

Hi,

I have an Asus K50ID laptop with Windows 8 Professional x64 genuine installed.

I am experiencing random freezing.
I looked for many solutions and tried some of them that I encountered in this forum. But with no lucky.

Things that I tried, so far:

• Installed lasted Realtek e nVidia graphics card drivers,
• Installed coprocessor drivers manually, because device manager was pointing an error on it.

In attach, there's an error log that I made. I hope someone can help

What programs have you installed recently, and how many applications do you have running at a time?
Usually it is because you have too many programs running at a time. Try going to (Right Click on taskbar), Task manager, Startup, and 'disabling' some of your startup tasks, making more CPU left for you to use your PC without it 'freezing'.

After going through your error log, I cannot see any problem with the drivers you are using, and the tech specs on your laptop look ok.

Random Freezing? RESTART

I cannot see any other people reporting this problem online for this problem.

When was the last time you restarted your computer? Try doing it as soon as possible.

Thanks for your help.
I am an informatic engineer student, so I am not a beginner user.

After my post, I installed windows 7 and the problem continues. I am start thinking that maybe this is an hardware problem. But this is strange because before the windows 8 installation (2 days ago), It was fine.
