    Try this
Active@ File Recovery. Product Features: NTFS, exFAT,FAT32,HFS+,Ext2fs/Ext3fs
I used it once on a formatted drive and recovered 90%+ of the files on it.

There is a trial and this is what they say about it
    Quick Recovery Steps

    • Download and install Active@ File Recovery on your computer.
(Avoid installing it to the disk where your lost files are located)
    • Scan the disk
    • Search for deleted files
    • Free version allows recovery of up to a 64kb files
    • Verify the file integrity using file Preview
    • When your data is found, the free version can be easily activated to allow recovery of any size file without re-installing the software and re-scanning the disks
Its on sale at the moment.

    Good luck.

If you did a quick format, you should be able to recover successfully.

If you did a Full format - sorry.

I am sure that the drive I recovered some time ago using Active File Recovery had been formatted with 'Full Format'.

If the format took a couple of minutes versus almost an hour, you did a quick format.

You'll only know when you try it.
If you download and try any recovery software it will tell you what it is possible to recover.
You have nothing to loose, so why not try 2 or 3 different packages and see what they report - then go for the one that offers you the most.
