    My SSD and HD benchmark results


    SSD (C Drive) and Hard Drive (D Drive) benchmark results from this evening... the SSD is hooked to SATA II on my motherboard as my board doesn't support SATA III

    This is very fast. An Amazon user reports this:

    "The short advice: Only purchase the WxExxxxx version of this model. This was made in Wuxi, China and uses 2 platters and 4 heads.
    This performs 30% better than the version with 3 platters, which has a WxFxxxxx or similar designation."

    Which model is yours?

    My model is probably the three platered one made in thailand. I am not sure but the hdd is quite heavy for two platters so I guess it's three platters. Also the upper right symbol is the smaller one which indicates three platters.

Solved New hard drive in Drivers & Hardware
Had to buy a new harddrive so i put it into laptop and nothing is firing up. I have power lights on and power for battery but it wont start up so i can press f12 to install windows again.
