How many startup programs do you have?

See Start -> type msconfig.exe and look at startup tab.

    Hope this helps.
But I'm not sure why the HDMI cos the problem.

    It does not help bro

    What?
There should be at least a few extra hidden services somewhere.

    You can be right though.

The hard disk is slow... mine has raid controller but still about 80 seconds to boot, also slow.

I have a clean Win7 with no 3rd party services installed except for sound.
It boots faster than Win8 OEM with extra services from Intel... but I didn't figured it out who's to blame for the slow startup on Win8.

I'm also not sure for the moment.

Some stuff is still to be figured out.

How can i find the hidden services?
And there is not another way to solve it?

You can find more info by looking int the matter.
Go from Task manager to startup. See if there are more items or only the antivirus.

Then look at services tab -> go to services and/or open services.msc and there you'll see all services.
The ones not from Microsoft are mostly additional ones needed for example for sound or graphics.
I have many from Intel but no impact on performance.

I don't recommend you disable any service unless you know what they do.
Leave the list alone if you're a beginner. Use the list only for informational purposes.

Regarding the startup: Task manager is the answer:

This is my list. Unfortunately the one with the highest impact is needed.
I can disable a few of them but most of them, as you can see, are already disabled.

As I said, there is something I miss, even om my PC:
Don't know why Win8 is slower than Win7, but with patience and usage things will be cleared out.

There's a chance we'll have to accept the speed we got if no improvement will be found.

    Cheers

Did you see it mentioned somewhere?

Svchost stands for many things, is one of the core components running many instances and services.
You'll have to see which of the svchost's tasks causes problems.
