Trying to get better battery life

Hello all, Just got a new XPS L521X with 8 pre installed but the battery life isn't that great. I am getting mixed responses about if this is the normal battery life (about 25% an hour). I put "powercfg /energy" in CMD and I got this back:

Do any of these things really effect battery life and if so how do I go about fixing it?
