Time Zones incorrect

I have manually changed the date/ time in the PC settings many times. It keeps changing back. And there actually is no correct time zone for me in the drop down list. I am in Eastern Standard Time (2:31pm right now) and my cpu says it is 7:31am. I have scrolled the list to find a time zone that has the appropriate time and have selected it but randomly my cpu changes the time back again. Frustrating. All the choices in the drop down list have UTC (I think) as a prefix. My phone has GMT as a prefix but that is not an option here. I am sure there is an easy fix... ? right??

Hi HeatherJoy,
Try switching your keyboard layout to English(UK) change the time to Eastern Standard Time(USA & Canada), then switch back to USA keyboard layout and see whether it helps.
