Hello PokerNemo, and welcome to Eight Forums.

I'm sorry, but the CBS.log that you uploaded doesn't have any SFC scan results (SR) in it.

Double check to be sure that you used OPTION TWO to run the SFC scan, and OPTION THREE to generate a sfcdetails.txt file to upload here instead.

SFC /SCANNOW Command - Run in Windows 8

    Hope this helps for now,
    Shawn

    No problem.

It shows that the _isdel.exe file in the folder below is corrupted. _isdel.exe is a process associated with InstallShield®.

    Code:
    C:\Windows\WinSxS\wow64_microsoft-windows-i..llshield-wow64-main_31bf3856ad364e35_6.2.9200.16384_none_c736abbf1467bade
If you are not having any issues, then I would not worry about it. If you are, then you may need to refresh Windows 8 to fix it.

You could, but you'll need to take ownership of and set permissions to "Allow" your account "Full control" of the folder first. Next, unblock the file before copying it into that folder.

There's a high chance this wouldn't work, and the file still being reported as corrupted.

If you are not having any issues, then I wouldn't worry about it for the trouble you would have to go through to fix it.

    That would be correct.

Were you having issues with this other than SFC finding it to be corrupted?
