Problems found can't be fixed any suggestions...ran it 3 times don't really wanna do a refresh install

I'm sorry, but the CBS.log that you uploaded doesn't have any SFC scan results (SR) in it.
Double check to be sure that you used OPTION TWO to run the SFC scan, and OPTION THREE to generate a sfcdetails.txt file to upload here instead.

You could, but you'll need to take ownership of and set permissions to "Allow" your account "Full control" of the folder first. Next, unblock the file before copying it into that folder.
There's a high chance this wouldn't work, and the file still being reported as corrupted.
If you are not having any issues, then I wouldn't worry about it for the trouble you would have to go through to fix it.
