    network adapter card driver

    Any one help me with this : 47,000 system/information entries in event viewer so far today :

    Toshiba satellite Pro A 100 : Intel(R) PRO/Wireless 3945ABG Network Connection
    Driver Version 13.3.0.137 - Ive tried the latest driver - think 139 -zipped -15.2.0_Ds32 which does the same thing and this one that works but causes an error in device manager when u open it up - Wireless_14.3.1_Dx32 - no flooding in event viewer however:

    The description for Event ID 5010 from source netwlv32 cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

    If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

    The following information was included with the event:

    \Device\NDMP6
    \DEVICE\{EF36A301-B784-417B-82B0-B55FEB85F4BF}

    Windows 8 Enterprise 32 bit

    Well, I'm using the 14.3.1 DX 32 which causes the error in device manager but seems pretty stable or you could stick with the latest driver. The 14.3.1 DX 32 maybe ok, but, sometime after you install it run this to make sure your system files haven't been corrupted :
    right click command prompt, and select run as administrator and type in SFC /scannow Otherwise keep checking the Intel site for a new driver - http://downloadcenter.intel.com/default.aspx .

    I had the same error. It occurs when you permit Windows to manage your wireless card. I downloaded and installed the Intel Wifi Software (complete 64M package), and permitted it to manage the wireless card and connections. Error log entries are gone.
