I messed up and ordered something that only has 1 ethernet port, and I need it to go to 2 devices. It will cost money if I have to return it now.

Can 1 port be split to go to 2 devices?

Wow that's a lot of info.

Yes it can use a router to go to as many devices as you want.

What you need is not a new router [sounds that is what you are originally talking about] but a switch. For example, my router has one out port but I have several devices that I use a cable for so I use a switch at the end of my router.

A switch is what you need. A router would work too but isn't necessary, especially if you already have a router in your network.
