Router wakes PC

Hi,

Recently my router started waking my PC for whatever reason. It almost instantly wakes up after going to sleep. It wasn't happening before, although I allowed it to wake up the PC because I have been working remotely for more than a year now.

Only thing I've done relating to the router is I've added another PC to the router via new cable, used it and disconnected. Anyway, it can't be the reason.

I would uncheck "allow to wake up", but as I said I need to wake it up from time to time and i can't let it run all day just like that.

I don't know if it should have helped, but I also checked "wake only on magic packet". Though it didn't help.

Any way to resolve this? Again. It was wroking fine a couple of weeks ago for more than a year (since I bought the system).

Appreciate any help.

Welcome to the forum. Does event log or router logs show anything someone or somthing could be connecting to the pc to cause it

Power Troubleshooter event shows my router wakes the PC every time.no other device.

Some times, the pc wakes up, but it's still in "semi-sleep" mode. The light on the case is on the fans working, but the display is off. Normally when I wake it up the display turns on. But in these cases display stays turned off. weird situation
