Laptop doesn't have IPv4 connectivity

Two days ago, we had a two second blackout. I didn't check the laptop right away, but the next morning it worked fine. But in the afternoon, it lost connection to IPv4. IPv4 is checked under WiFi properties, but says "No Internet Access". I've tried disabling and enabling the WiFi and powercycling the modem/router with no change. All my other devices (all wireless) work fine.

That shows you get a valid IP what is strange is the routers is only giving you a 2 min lease you need to change this on the router to 7 days set your DNS to 208.67.220.220 & 208.67.222.222 disable ipv6 it should work if not what error do you get
