Windows explorer hanged and shared drive disonnrt

hi all,

we are using a XP machine in our factory and when we try to access files from shared drive through a software to this xp pc , its only failed when xp computer idle for 1 hour or more and that time windows explorer also froze . if i restart xp computer everything is working fine. I have already changed Autodisconnect registry value "ffffffff" to both user computer and server computer but still having the same issue.

I am not sure whether it is related with Computer idle time or any other network issue. need help badly.
