Extremely slow WiFi speeds - Windows 8.1 on Lenovo

Hi, over the past couple of days I've been receiving some extremely bad wifi. My download peaks at around 0.04Mbps, my upload peaks at around 4Mbps and my ms jitters constantly. It all started when I was deleting a few background processes on my task manager. Assuming that was the problem, I factory reset my PC. It just got worse.... My PC constantly disconnects me from my wifi, and when I get the error message: "Can't connect to this network", it removes all of my wifi networks and changes to a red X. I constantly get poor internet, even though everywhere in the house is fine - Plus, it takes me HOURS to download 10 - 60MB files... Not only that, but my wifi bars keep jittering from 2, to 5, to 3, to 1, to 5 again. I don't know what's going on, but I need some help. I've tried everything :(

Your signal strength is only 50% at that strength it will keep resending and loose speed or drop the answer is to use power line adapters or a wireless extender
