Our company is migrating to 8.1 from 7.
In the Windows 7 environment Offline files were visible to users when they clicked on their local C: drive "Documents" folder available under "This PC".
In Windows 8.1 the same "Documents" folder is empty. File synchronization works fine and they can access their offline files by double clicking on the mapped network drive (in this case U but they are frustrated.
Can some-one explain why this is happening? Is it by design in Windows 8.1 or am I missing something?
