wireless profiles not detecting when restarting

Hi,
I am using windows 8.1 OS and installed wireless profiles to authenticate Via domain on my laptop. Installation is perfect and am able to login when I shutdown the laptop and power it on again. But when I just restart the laptop, am not able to see the profiles and am not able to login into the domain. Any suggestions for this wierd issue.

Sorry but I don't have any idea. But did you think to update to Windows 10? Maybe then will be everything ok.
