Hello

I posted this here but cannot find it now so I apologize for cross[osting. it was ot intentional. I checked my subscriptions.
I have Windows 10 x 64 and when I upgraded from 7>8>10 I was told I would lose Bluetooth. Is this the reason it is always on in the action center?
I have tried everything but it stays on.
BTW, I just removed a VM.
Also and importantly this is the first a.m. that I have seen it on. Usually it is off.
How can it be on if I don't have bluetooth and why was it off before for months?
Thank you
Peter
I had the red off as on on the same post.

Did you use Bluetooth in the past? Still using it presently in other devices?

I had BT until the upgrade advisor which told me I would lose it and did moving to 10.
I followed Brink's directions as since a boot this am that con is gone.
There is no evidence of BT anywhere in the pc and until I booted up this m was in a quandary as to why I had that icon.
Thank you for the interest and I wish I could recreate the remedial steps or you.
Attached is a picture of what I was looking at. In real life the difference in shades of blue show location and BT much lighter.
