My computer was doing 0.5 Mbps so I thought I'd regain the speed by removing everything and reinstalling Windows. I did that, took several hours, and after it's done, still 0.5 Mpbs...So then I call Microsoft support, purchased their support plan, at which point they go into my computer and run a whole bunch of scans and updates to clean everything up. Took several hours, and after it's done, still 0.5 Mbps...Any thoughts? This is very frustrating.

I have a work computer (on Windows 7) doing 30 Mbps on the same exact wifi connection, so this computer is the problem.
