Help connecting to primary wifi. Windows 8.1

Hey, I'm trying to connect to my wifi, but I can only connect to it on Wifi 2 or Wifi 3. When I look at Wifi, it shows "No networks found". I'm not sure if this is causing me connection problems or not, but I have really bad connection (my modem is just downstairs) and whenever I try to play a game or anything i either spike to 2k ping or have a stuttery or laggy connection. Please help, or maybe its not even importatnt to connect to Wifi instead of Wifi 2/3. Thanks!

Should not make any difference, they are just names which all point to the same hardware.
