Ethernet and Wifi not working after restart

    Hello.

I am having an annoying problem with my laptop. It is Lenovo Y580 and every time I restart my computer, ethernet and wifi adapter both stop working. In device manager there's a code 10 reported. To get it working again I have to uninstall both and scan for hardware changes so that it installs it again. What could be the issue?

Sounds like you may have an issue with their drivers. I'd go straight to the manufacturers of the network devices and get their latest drivers.

Yes I would agree with you but it has been working fine for the last few months.

It's always possible that an issue arises, and that's why drivers are updated, to resolve those issues. With so many variables at play, it's an easy way to eliminate a few.

Well I updated qualcomm drivers and installed intel proset wireless software and driver which required me to restart the computer and I'm back to the beginning :/. I will try the resolution steps described in KB. Thanks
