After experiencing no problem before connecting to Wi-Fi services with this smart phone, I suddenly now have the problem. I did a search to no avail. Any help appreciated.
I don't know why I didn't do this before, but I turned the phone completely off & then back on again. I now have my Wi-Fi service back again.
