So basically my internet or pc freezes for a few seconds only when im playing games and then it works again after a few seconds, this happens like twice per hour, but only when im playing games.
Why i dont know if its a pc lag or internet lag is because it only happens when i play games and skype and exactly everything freezes in a weird way, but it feels more like a internet lag.

Please guys this is so annoying

Abused Game Servers is why. Majority of them are hosted on other users home Internet Connection. Not enough bandwidth, too many users.

How much memory does your computer have? What are your speeds? Are you using a proxy or VPN?

No its not the game hosters because it started to happen when we got a new router, and its not only on one game.
My memory has 8 gb ram and 1 tb harddrive and its a seagate SSHD. Here is a printscreen of my internet speed Screenshot by Lightshot.

Then I am going to say that your ISP has put a throttle on you, because they believe you are using too much bandwidth. There is Shaper Probe that can tell you if they are using any means of throttling.

I also tried to record the lag but on the demo it only shows that i am standing still (on csgo).
And do u think it would help if i would port forward for all the games i play?

Probably not. You still have to deal with your ISP.
