My Computer Doesn't allow incoming connections from homegroup!

I had my computer upgrade to windows 8 , everything worked fine , I had a problem with the internet so I had to buy a new router , with the new router , I can connect to the wireless laptops , and they can connect to each other , but the wireless laptops cannot connect to my computer (Wired).
What happened? I allowed the ports , and I turned on sharing , they can find my computer on the network page but everytime they click on it it tells them that the computer is not found or that the computer doesnt allow any connection! please help!

With problems like this it's best to just leave the Homegroup on all machines then create a new Homegroup and rejoin from all machines.
