I am looking for help for what I think is an unusual network host connecting to my computer. I have some ideas how this happened, but need proof. In the meantime, I just have a home dsl connection with wifi, I use my laptop on wifi connection My mother in law uses wired ethernet to router. I have one other computer in the house, a desktop who connects to wifi and 2 phones. Thats all that uses it. I work from home, so about 6-7 hours a day I use a VPN. My computer is really not acting normal, my drivers wont install, my graphics are all messed up, and I am at my wits end! I have attached the IP config and wifi scan. Im not sure how to do the dns step. I have the admin set up to change wireless passwords and stuff, which I do frequently. I have contacted the isp for help but they say its working fine. As long as they can contact router, thats all that matters. Also my adapters have changed, and I have no idea why. And my recovery partition from HP is gone ~ need sherlock holmes to find it! If anyone can give me some advice, help, or labotomy, I'd really appreciate it!!!! Its driving me crazy.
