Remote Desktop To No Network Hyper-V Gues

I'm pretty sure that this is not possible, but thought I would ask. I have a Hyper-V guest running and I do not want it to access the internet at all. In order to accomplish this I assign no network interface to the guest. A side effect of doing this is that I cannot RDP into the guest from my host machine. Any way around this?

Can't you just use the default "Virtual Machine Connection" that comes with HyperV? And i'm pretty sure teamviewer, like rdp requires some sort of network, and i believe it goes through teamviewer servers even if you are on the same local network, so it would be even worse.
