Cannot download files from OneDrive

Hello, I am trying to download files remotely using onedrive from my home PC while at work. Both computers have the "fetch files on this PC" clicked. Now all of the files do show up when I click on my home PC in onedrive, and I am able to upload with no problem, but when I click download nothing happens. I am new to onedrive and am under the assumption that I can download files remotely. Am I incorrect? Thanks for any help here.

Just to be clear, you are only having problems on your work computer, trying to dl Onedrive files that you uploaded from your home PC ? I'm assuming you're saying that you can see a 'Download' button when you right-click a file but nothing happens ? You must be signed in at work to even see the files. Is the firewall at work firewall blocking access ? Have you tried emailing a shared link to the files or folder to yourself from your home PC ? This is how I share my files, I send a view-only shared link and people can download but not edit. Good Luck
