network username/password win 7 & 8

Hi
I have 3 win 7 computers who share all files. I've recently added a win 8 pc but it comes up asking for username & password when I try to access files on the win 8 pc from the win 7 pcs. Where would I find these on the win 8 please?

The username is what is in /Users. Your password is what you use to log in to the Windows 8 computer. Basic Computer 101 stuff.
