powerline homeplug adapter from tplink

hi like it says above its about the tplink home plug i think it is not something it has do to with that but ok
lets start with the fact that i lose my internet like 5x a day and it reconnects with it out of itself for one or another
reason i think it has something to do with the fact that it gets in standby mode out of itself but it does it some times in the middle of a web page loading :mad:

ps: i have the first plug not directly in the power-line and the other just directly in the power supply ( don't know how it is called exactly) the first one is in the same place as where i have the fuse box ( ask for more info if you don't under stand)

so how do i fix this ?

It depends on the distance, how old the wiring is, how maintained the wiring is in the home for these adapters to properly work. Also they cannot be plugged into Surge protected outlets. It states in the directions that they are to be plugged directly into the outlet.
