I'm pulling my hair out trying to figure this one out. I'll try and explain my setup as its a little more complex than others. I use my PC in my room as a media server (Tversity), I connect to my Xbox One in my den using a power line adapter/wireless access point, It has worked in the past but for some reason no matter what I do it just doesn't play to from my PC. I can ping the xbox from my PC, I've restarted every device involved, I've checked and double checked my router config. AND NOTHING. please any help would be appreciated.

I know I haven't given enough information so if you want to help and need more info just ask. THANKS!

Start by looking at your firewall and router setup. TVersity has been known to give people headaches in this area. There is a couple of threads over at avsforum.com dedicated to this stuff.

Thanks for the response broe23. I had a hunch that it was the powerline adapter/wireless AP that I used to wire my Xbox. I bought a new set of 600MB powerline adapters and it worked all most immediately. It picked up my Tversity media center on my PC in a matter of seconds and I played a movie without issue. It was insanely hot when I switched it out so I wouldn't be surprised if it burnt itself out.
