    warnings on bootup

Most of the time when starting/restarting my machine I will get the warning messages below in my event log. The three of them always appear together. Regardless of what the messages say I have full Internet connectivity and I am wondering if some process is trying to make an Internet connection before the network is fully initialized.
ive tried reinstalling driver for the lan, doing a reset of my router and replugging it, even a going back on an earlier windows save

Are you wireless or hardwired? Sounds like it it is simply taking awhile to establish the connection and those services are trying to load before the connection is established.
You could go into services and set them to delayed start.

Type services.msc into search and go there. All the services will be listed and you can change when they start, automatic or delayed.

Well, the first one is Windows Update.

Looking for the other two, I'm not sure will look a bit more. I would set BITS (Background Intelligent Transfer Service) to delayed. mine is with no problems. See if changing those two fixes it.

EDIT: I have my Network List Service set to manual and don't believe it is causing any problems.

EDIT2: My WMI Performance Adapter is set to manual.

Hi, so a few weeks ago my hard drive randomly decided to slow to snail speed. Activity was always in the kb/s but always at 100% with around 32000 ms response time. I then backed up everything and proceeded to format the hard drive completely and reinstalled windows after running a chkdsk on it....
