Solved windows 8 printer smb setting

hi guys

what can i do

i unplugged a network cable from one pc and plugged it into my laptop. the printer now doesnt recognize the the pc into which it has been connected as it now works through cable that was plugged into a different place on the modem. the printer now says smb not recognized.

what can i do ??

Reinstall the Printer. If it is a Network printer, go through the Network setup on the printer onboard menu.
