Solved How to create Hotspot when I'm already connected to wifi?

I have 2 wireless network adapters - internal and external.
So hotspot can be created via two ways (but I don't know how?):
1. Create hotspot on second one while using 1st one for wireless connection.
2. Use the same wifi card by using "AP mode". This feature is supported by Connectify but I don't want to use this software (some driver problem) and I don't know any other software.

I have a poor wifi signal so it connects only to laptop and I want to share this connection so that I can connect my phone to the Internet.
